Return Policy:

ONLY products bought on www.chicnautic.com are subject to this Return Policy.

- Defective products will be exchanged for the same item provided they are returned in their original condition with ALL original tags attached.

- Only NEW, never worn items can be returned within 30 days after delivery.

- Exchanges are only possible for size change, same item and same color.

- No exchange will be made for a different product than the one originally purchased.

- No refund will be issued, ONLINE STORE CREDIT only for all returns (Online Store credits are valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue).

- Gift cards are not refundable.
